ABOUT
Tempeh Culture was born from a journey. It started in Bali, where I tasted tempeh unlike anything I had ever experienced in the U.S. It was rich, flavorful, and deeply connected to tradition. I was fascinated. So I stayed, learned how to make it from scratch, and fell in love with the process of fermentation.
When I returned home, I began experimenting in my own kitchen. I knew I wanted to bring this powerful food to more people, but with a modern twist that fit today’s on-the-go lifestyle. That’s how tempeh jerky was born.
At Tempeh Culture, we believe the future of protein is fermented. Our snacks are whole-food, plant-based, gut-friendly, and made without plastic.
